    King Charles traffic consistently failing to STOP for new four-way stop signs.
    I'm not sure exactly when this intersection was converted into a four-way stop, but I've driven through here exactly 4 times in the last two days, and during 3 of those times I've witnessed northbound traffic on King Charles NOT NOTICE the big red STOP sign (with the orange flag attached) as they speed onto westbound Glascock.
