Rent A Reck selling cars again. Parked on the new parkway when they have been notified already. USED CAR LOT? Do they have a license to sell cars?

In the alley.

On Kennedy south of 173rd between the Golo and Speedway gas stations there are a lot of cars parked on the new parkway. Trying to see traffic when pulling out of the gas stations is dangerous. I have to creep the nose of my car into the lanes to see past them. I almost got hit twice. There is not a car lot there but they are using the parkway as a used car lot. Besides that, won't this damage the new parkways with cars on them. Let's get control of what's going on in the city.
