    Please restripe the roadway. Left lane is left turn only at next intersection and right lane is straight to overpass. Both lanes come off if freeway and people are confused as which lane is a left turn only back to alameda via over crossing or straight to E 12 st via train over crossing. At the mid block of E 10st and E 11st traffic light is where the striping should begin and end at E 11 street. Drive it and you will see what I mean. Thank you.

    Mattress left against power pole. Was told that this was further up E27th street and someone dragged it down to 14th ave. Guess they didn't want to see in front of their property but it's ok to drag it down to the busy avenue. Maybe they can get some DNA off the mattress and find it's owner.

    Please repave the road. Years of utility work has left multiple uneven patches in the road. Also AC transit has a bus running between E31 st and E24th st on 13th Ave which is wearing out the road also. This should have been a priority over the paving of E33rd - E34th @ 13th Ave

    Please re- paint the traffic lanes 14th ave westbound between E 31 st and E29th st. Construction at highland hospital has worn away the lines.

    Lanes were shifted to the curb lane when traffic light was installed and left turn lanes added five years ago.

    Between E30th and E29th, 14th ave is a blind curve and with out the lane markers you do not knew that the lanes @#$% to the right to the curb lane.
    There is also poor street lighting at night over this transition.

    Also road patches from hospital utilities construction are sinking so road is rough.

    Traffic light road sensor not working. Have to wait a long time for light to change. Sensor loop was damage by potholes. Pot hole was filled 3weeks ago but but the crew didn't know sensor was damaged.
