    Cover for access to township water system is flipped over and several inches above road service. It’s stuck there. I could not turn it over to correct position. Looks like it could cause tire problems for vehicles hitting it and may be broken if snow plow comes through. This is located in front of 3513 N 3rd St.

    Gas line is exposed at intersection of 3rd and Green St Extension You can see the cover for the gas line is no longer covering the gas pipe Also some other broken pipe material lying there I moved items to the grass so cars would not strike them Gas pipe exposure is big concern
