Weeds and trash all over this property.

This empty lot on the corner of Springs and Amador is a constant dumping ground. This property has been purchased and needs to be maintained, including the sidewalk. There's always a ton of trash, weeds and stuff in this lot. Please help the Morningside look better. We care about our neighborhood.

Homeless encampment starting at Little League parking lot and at the old Adult School. About 4 cars at adult school.

The car repair and dealership on the corner of Tennessee and Amador is a gross polluter. Their property is overgrown and dead, they park on the sidewalk, they leak oil everywhere. There is a storm drain right by their property and I worry about what's going in there. They have way too many cars for the lot they occupy. Glad to have a business there, but they need to be better neighbors.

More illegal dumping. Owner also needs to clean up trash and weed eat sidewalk.

Homeless sleeping in doorway. Trash left. Also, this whole building is hideous and needs attention. Boarded up windows, broken windows, weeds. Have reported countless times. Please fix. Thank you.

A truck turned out of Children's Wonderland and hit the street sign warning of signal ahead. Completely knocked it over, drove over it into the tree.

New tag on hideous building. How many years do I report this until something is done? Weeds, boarded up door, drug use, graffiti. Please help.

More trash in empty lot.

I reported this house awhile back. It was assigned to the city's etrackit system. It appears to be closed. There have been three people visiting the property. They say they are renting, but the house has not been cleaned, nor has the property been cleared of excess brush, debris, trash.

These people have been entering the property and the house the last few days. I do not believe they are renting this home.

This is my old neighbor’s home. The mom passed away and the moved out. It was a reverse mortgage. It is now owned by Championship mortgage and was formerly with Seattle mortgage. The property is declining, but it's a really beautiful house and deserves to be on the market. We have done some work to maintain property line, but the fences are falling and weeds are taking over. Their ivy is taking over my fence as well. Please help. It's been a year now with zero movement from the bank.

This is attractive. Weeds and trash everywhere around building and in alley. This old union hall should be maintained. It's a cool building in a good neighborhood turning into trash.
