    Recommendation: prioritize refreshing the Aviation Bike Path and connecting path along Wilmot and Escalante to create a safer biking route from downtown to PCC East Campus and to the eastside part of The Loop. Currently the path needs repaving, clean-up, lighting, debris and plant removal, and mitigation of homeless camps. Wishing this was prioritized like The Loop is to encourage safer bikeways, connectivity from Downtown to Eastside and alternate transit.
