I'm gonna reporting on here about this same issue, until the city of Vallejo can get a handle on covered vehicles and boats and what not being parked along legend circle Better send out Vallejo PD to let these wonderful citizens know that you can't park covered up vehicles on the street Same goes with boats..

Why does this person get special privileges by getting to park on the "street" and cover up his cars? For one thing that is illegal because it has no visible license plate and second this is public property, if you want to cover up your cars then you should park on "your" driveway or in the garage, like where "cars, trucks and suvs" go... Please knock on this wonderful citizens door.....

If this lovely citizen doesn't want his car dirty then it's called "park it in the garage" Not in the street all covered up If it's parked on public property then a "license plate" should be showing
