This vehicle is inoperable and has a tire off the rim. Neighbors previously reported it and it was tagged. However, someone came and moved it 4 feet up to hide the markings on the tires but it has not moved other than that for a week. Tried to findownere up and down theblockr to see if they needed moretime too get it moved or fixed but no one knew who's vehicle it was,
