A pothole has opened up on the east side of the Summergrove Pkwy bridge where the concrete meets asphalt. It is where the new patch repair meets the concrete of the bridge. This spot has been a chronic problem and needs to be looked at to level the concrete and the asphalt so this doesn't keep happening.

Also - there is a second light that is burned out. It is on the same side of Highwoods but approximately 75 ft closer to Summergrove Pkwy.

West side of Oak Park Square between 33 and 39. Light cycles on and off. This same light was out a little over a year ago, reported on ticket#2433499.

This light is the first light you come to in the median when traveling west on Summergrove Pkwy from the Eastern Summergrove Pkwy/Lake Forest/Pine Crescent intersection. North light of a 2 light pole is out.

Car going East on Summergrove Pkwy did a rolling slowdown at the stop sign at the East Lake Forest/Summergrove Pkwy intersection. I was standing in the sidewalk waiting to cross the Pkwy and I doubt this person ever saw me and would have hit me had I not stopped. This was at 6am. Is it possible to get NPD to sit a patrol car there that early to check for stop sign runners ? That intersection is pretty bad because cars going East on the Pwky don't want to stop going down the hill towards Lake Forest and if they do stop they stop on top of the crosswalk.

Can the fact that homeowners on Highwoods Pkwy routinely park blocking the sidewalk be addressed ? It seems like every time I run that road in the early mornings there is a car almost sticking out into the street and I have to run into the street to get around it. Approximately 6 am on the east sidewalk around the intersection of Fairway and Highwoods, 2 cars were blocking the sidewalk this morning.

Asphalt sidewalk on Summergrove Pkwy in front of the Golf Club parking lot has tree roots growing under it causing a safety issue. Sidewalk is very uneven.

There are 3 streetlights in a row north and east of the Summergrove Pkwy bridge. The light farthest from the bridge (3rd of 3) is out.

Street light at address 400 Lake Forest is out.

Double light in the median of Oak Park Way just north of Oak Park, the west light is burned out.

Street light between 5 and 13 Lake Forest is burned out.

Pole is to the southwest of the White Oak Creek bridge on Summergrove Pkwy. First light on the south side of Summergrove Pkwy as you go west past the bridge.

Westernmost double light in Summergrove Pkwy/Promenade intersection is out. Is was also burned out a few months ago.

When traveling east on Summergrove Pkwy from the bridge the light is on the right just past the Western Summergrove Pkwy/Lake Forest intersection

Of the 3 lights in a row on the north side of Summergrove Pkwy east of the White Oak Creek bridge, the middle on is cycling off and on.
