It's not only a hazard, but next to the new ER School it makes the school look like it was just plopped into a slum. The problem extends around the corner to Mechanic St. as well.

There might be a lot fewer gripes about the even/odd system if the parkers who honored it weren't punished by having their cars barricaded by huge mountains of street snow and ice.
