our state/fed gov to move ahead.

I wish the city or county would deploy more cops on the west end of route 3 during traffic jams. People perennially illegally drive on the shoulder to cutin front of everyone else, making the grove st exit dangerous to take, blockin emergency vehicle access, and furthur slowing down traffic when they merge to cut in front of everyone else who is patiently waiting and driving legally on the road lanes themselves.

The State is preparing to completely reconfigure this intersection beginning in 2012
