Chickens are very loud, rosters crowing wakes up my infant at 4am dialy. Seems to be a large number of chickens on the property. The noise is persistent all day long from 3am. Understand that its not illegal to have chickens, but not sure how many are acceptable. The noise level is a constant nuisance, disrupting sleep and tranquility in the neighborhood, also impact my ability to work from home with windows open.

The City does have restrictions for roosters - they are not allowed. There are limits as to the number of chickens/household pets that a property can have. That limit is 3.
Where is the coop located on the proerpty? Have you reached out to the resident regarding these concerns?
