Sorry to bother you, but.......

I am quite happy in regards to the snow removal plan.

It worked out great for me in Pinnacle Ridge.

Unfortunately, the snow removal teams covered the southeast storm/sewer drain on the corner of Pinnacle Way and Pinnacle Crescent with a 5ft pile of snow etc... See attached picture of location of drain.

Due to snow removal not going all the way down to the pavement, the water from huge melts is finding the lows spots - our driveways and some garages, as was the case during the last heat wave in January/February.
If at all possible, please forward this to someone who may be able to help us out.
