Consumption of alcohol beverages continues, as does loitering outside the package store and in the Chatham (family) Park, and continued double parking on Clinton Ave, as well as littering of empty bottles.

This illegal activity occurs .2 of a mile from the elementary school! How is this legal and how can a package store be operating this close to schools?

Absolutely no improvement to this matter of public drinking in front of the liquour store, and in the park. Empty bottles and liter are strewn around the park. Automobiles double parking in front of the liquor store and the parking make driving a hazard. We, in this immediate neighborhood, cannot comprehend why this is allowed to continue. We don’t see this being allowed in other neighborhoods, why? This complaint is nearly three years old, with no corrective action.
