Sign locations referred to Codes

It is unlawful to photograph someone on their private property as a means of harassing, intimidating or silencing them. My property, my sign- all falls within my rights. Just because someone disagrees with it doesn’t give them the right to break the law by calling me, photographing me for the sole purpose of trying to harass and silence an opposing view. These pictures and communications have been saved and if the harassment and intimidation tactics continue i will take legal action against VIHA for Invision of privacy with intent to harass, Influence or harm. Knock on my door like an adult Instead of hiding behind an anonymous post.

All the signs in the photographs attached to this complaint are located in the right of way. These signs are prohibited in the right of way. These signs can be lawfully placed on private property. Please re-locate the signs to private property.

Signs in the right of way are considered "snipe signs" and will be removed and disposed of as they are considered litter.
