Actually, Auburndale needs a complete resurfacing. The added traffic that has been created by the closure of Rincon has added to the deterioration of the surface considerably. Also, my understanding from the road maintenance department, about 3 years ago, is that this whole neighborhood was due to be resurfaced in 2014.
