This is a serious danger to the neighborhood's health, safety, and wellness.
The trash in the back, side, and front of 945 56th Street smells and attracts rodents. There has been a noticeable increase in rats and raccoons since December 2020. This house also had a structure fire in the recent past. The trash was so bad that the fire department needed to gain access to the back yard by going through the adjacent property's first floor.
Trash includes LP containers, feces, urine, construction debris.
The house is unsafe.
