The Malden Traffic Department has been informed of the situation and will begin random enforcement of the issue.

Although it has been said that there will be monitoring - the truck continues park on the street and disrupt traffic. I have not seen one ticket issued. I have a tenant that had a commercial vehicle ticketed every night until they had to move and his truck was not a disruption to traffic his only offense was that he was a contractor trying to feed his family. This truck needs to be moved and better enforcement mandated!

Malden Police were on site at 5:30PM on 2/15/14 (during the storm) and did not observe these trucks specified. No parking violations found either.

The Malden Police just sent an officer to check on the vehicle with commercial plates. The vehicle was located and the officer could not find any violations. The vehicle was not blocking any driveways or hampering the ingress or egress of driveways across from it. The vehicle will be tagged after midnight for commercial vehicle overnight parking violations.

The vehicle was tagged for overnight parking.
