Karen- Thanks for reporting. We moved your toter request to our internal work order system where there is a wait list. In the meantime, trash can be placed in a garbage bag and if waiting for a recycling toter, you can use a cardboard box to place your recyclable items. Crew will pick up garbage bag and empty box on your routine day.

Still waiting for a new recycle barrel. Now one of the wheels is gone...hard to drag. Thanks for your help.

Hi Karen- We do have a wait list for both trash and recycling toters. We'll add note that if the guys are in your area if they can fix the wheel to try doing it. You can always use a box in the meantime. Hopefully toters will be delivered to us soon so we can fill requests. We have residents waiting from January. Thanks
