Peck Alley was not plowed Tuesday morning (Feb 4) and again on Thursday morning (Feb 6) -- 12 hours or more AFTER the snow stopped. I understand that this is a short street and a low priority, but under the DeStefano administration it was *always* plowed by the morning after a storm, and residents were able to get to work.
