The Trail from Greens Rd to Carrum, the state of the surface is unacceptable in the current environment it is a poor surface with many ruts potholes and general lack of maintenance and the quality is of a poor standard for Road bikes and other types of bikes, this is the result of laziness from the councils lack of commitment to cyclists when the Eastlink trail was upgraded to a sealed surface 7 years ago
