Descrizione

Four or five tents have been put up in the park across from the boating center. It looks like the beginning of an encampment. Others are nearby, across from the children's science center. Worrisome with Covid spiking. Could a place be found for the unsheltered folks in a cabin community or similar, safer circumstances?
