There were Solar Street Lights put up along Irving Blvd between 183 and Loop 12 back in 2009 I believed.
That stretch of road is pick dark unless you are at a red light.
We have several bus stops along the road and quite a lot of people walking that are in danger of being hit because it is so dark.
What can we do about it?
