Ya I think the shrubs should be cut back significantly. There are already a bunch of sidewalks and speed bumps. These lots are super small, they put a sidewalk on my 0.19 acre , we had to fight th city to get them to at least down along the road instead of 8 feet from my front door and cutting 3 palms down...

We can put a request in with the other city officials. This corner has been an issue for years.

We will forward your request to the dept who takes care of sidewalk requests. In addition there has been an active Codes Compliance case at this property for some time - We have asked them for an update because it includes vegetation within 4 feet of the street according to the case

The City has $100,000 per year to fund missing “gaps”, however the missing segments along 22nd Street are more then gaps and would be substantial to fund. So, unfortunately at this time there is no funding mechanism to complete this missing segments along this local roadway.

Also this intersection is an all-way stop and no sight limitations were observed.
