i can't belive you guys are allowing the homeless camp to take up both sides of the street including both sidewalks. this has got to be an ADA violation to prevent access by wheelchair bound along this route. regardless, driving down that street is like running a gauntlet and there are no safe places to pull over in case of emergency. i'm no longer going to visit home depot on alameda street.
