For the past few weeks (including on weekends) employees of the Diablo Hills Golf course have been mowing the grass prior to what I understood to the allowed start time of 6am. I understand golf courses have an exemption under the noise ordinance allowing them to start working prior to 7am on weekdays and 9am on weekends but mowing the grass next to residential houses at 5:30am seems unreasonable. The picture attached was taken at 5:37am.
