1 hr parking on Stratford Road would be a huge help; there just aren't enough parking spots in Central Square. This would be very handy to pick up a book or a coffee.

It's crazy that there is no on street parking in this area. This is one of New Britain's thriving economic zones thanks to CCSU and it's not going to flourish in this bad economy without people being able to park.

This is ridiculous, how hard is it to put up a sign? I've been to that plaza the first week of classes and it's a disaster.

There is a petition into the police department requesting signage and parking on Stratford Road. This has been an ongoing problem for the many people who live there as well as the businesses in the area. I will forward this to the Police Chief for his response also. Thank all of you for your concerns. It takes more than putting up a sign, approval from the traffic bureau needs to take place first and then the sign can be put in place.
