We received your issue and will address it when we can. There is a wait list for toters so we will add location and if you do find trash toter please leave a message at 203-946-7700. In the meantime, you can use a trash bag with a little bleach (or other smell) to keep animals from breaking in to bag. Thanks for reporting.

Whoops! Sorry thought it was the trash toter! We will put you on the list. Don't use a "plastic trash bag for recycling"!
