Just an FYI. I was texting with the project manager and foreman last night. They said these guys don't work for them. Which is a lie because these 2 men who were there until 9pm are there everyday, all day doing work. They may have not been inside the house but they were still there working for the company. If you need the foreman and PM number let me know.

They think if the generator is off and the foreman isn't there and claims he doesn't know anything about it then it doesn't count as working.

Doesn't count as construction, I mean. Even though the banging and clanging is intense.

The Department of Buildings will be conducting an inspection for work being done after-hours.
