The apartment building on the corner of Filmore and Washington has never done much as far as landscaping. The neglect includes allowing shrubs and grass to overgrow the sidewalk, and mud washing down from bare sections of the lot onto the sidewalk.
Can you please get the property manager to do some long needed maintenance here? And keep up on it?
This neighborhood is very walkable, and people do just that all the time, even if they don't live here. Thanks for helping keep it that way!
