The house sold recently to a property flipper. Fine, but he’s not taken responsibility to see that his workers (or whoever else visits the property) are respectful of the neighborhood. I’ve been here 50 years, less than many people on the block. NEVER have I seen fast food wrappers, yards of fiberglass insulation strewn about in the street, food bags, discarded food itself, not to mention wrapping and containers from new construction materials. I have picked up trash and food 4 times since this house sold. This owner needs to take responsibility for this and show some respect for the neighbors, who are mostly ORIGINAL owners on this block, meaning they are elderly and deserving of better treatment.

I am aware that at least one other neighbor has told the people to clean up the yard, especially as their waste is strewn about our block. There are several hazardous materials, like shredded fiberglass, broken glass panels, and other mystery materials resulting from demolition efforts. This is mostly on the property, but somehow no one was aware that we had very high winds for a couple of days, and I found their trash in my own years, front and back. This is unacceptable.

Every house on the block has either people in their 80’s+ or young children. I found debris that includes contractor receipts for drywall and electrical supplies, originals strewn about in my front yard. I have those in my possession. After the recent high winds, I found broken glass, long strands and sheets of degrading antiquated fiberglass insulation that should be contained upon removal.

This person is likely an experienced property flipper, and he should know better than to @#$% off an established neighborhood via carelessness and flagrant disrespect toward those who’ve lived her for 55+ years. We don’t want bad business taking place here. This looks to be a long, ongoing project, and I will not be tolerant of continuing disrespect.
