Homeless encampment blocking off entire sidewalk creating hazard and trash on the sidewalk and street. The sidewalk needs to be clear for walking (at least 3 feet off the street) otherwise it becomes a hazard to walk and creating danger by having to go onto a busy street! This creates unsafe conditions.

Our encampment has been here for over 3 years and nothing has been done. On the photo you see a handicap person using a walker traveling into the street in the path of motor vehicles because the sidewalks are blocked by encampments. Moreover, the camper on the left is also a homeless encampment.
