They should put this in the drive way, even there it is questionable. Look on the City webpage at the zoning ordinance. You can find it under City Plan Dept. Not allowed by section 12, residential -2 district, section 28 visibility at corners, section 29 parking in a front yard or the table number 1. Eleanor, you are wrong.
