Left a few messages regarding property 164 Coleridge Drive operating car repair service business in the garage, driveway and street, up to 12 vehicles parked in both sides of streets that people works on at all hours of day and night, some of these vehicles are non registered and non operational. I'm trying to work on my yard and at times unable to access my own driveway. Owner is company in Texas and occupants are unfriendly, we had addressed directly a few times in the last years but situation just gets worse with individuals working at late hours of the night, traffic and noise. Please address
