I still have the pothole problem directly around an open gas line in front of my house from the snow storm last February. Henrico stated to me that it is Richmond's responsibility because it is directly around an open gas line that is managed by the city. The bottom line is that I am still seeking assistance from someone in either Henrico or Richmond's DPU to help me remedy this situation? This is definitely a safety hazard. Who should I speak to? We need to get this resolved before the next snow storm. Thanks.
