Matthew, thanks for your attention to this however the tree is as it was (if not worse) since I originally reported it. The evening of Friday, March 21 I left you a voice mail with my contact info asking you to please give me a call to discuss. I'm assuming the issue was closed because it's been scheduled with a contractor? If this is not the case I'm curious as to why the issue has been closed. Thanks for your time.
