  This all started May 10th 2018, so in Oakland this behavior that now counts as a tradition. The new normal on weekends at that side of the Lake and spreading to El Embarcadero, Grand Ave and Astro park is do what you like, set up a stall, sell drinks, food, sell whatever, park where ever you like, play amplified loud music with sexist/misogynistic lyrics for as long as you want.   police chief Anne E. Kirkpatrick, and director J.Nicholas Williams parksandrec@oakland.com. It is becoming obvious that they do not care or dare not care as they don't want the wrath of social media piled on them for enforcing park and parking rules.
