Descrizione
A 14 room boarding house on a 450 M block of land, each room 12 square metres, imagine spending your life here, one parking space for 14 lodgers, a long way from public transport and public facilities, all in a quiet residential street.
Man, this slum landlord is going to make a killing at the expense of the poor buggers who are forced to live here and the poor bloody neighbours who live close by.

If not, council will act.
But this sounds like a very misplaced development.

The only thing that can stop it is huge public pressure.

I live in Auburn Council area, so I do have an interest.
This development is probably "no worse" than the massive high rise developments going in along Hill Road, down to the (Olypmic Park) ferry wharf. Additional future slums?
It sounds like this development is still up for approval, as opposed to the ones I mentioned.
But if you are passionate you need to organise a community revolt (perhaps a passive protest - the more names, the better chance you have of getting it knocked on the head).
If I can help, let me know how.
This site was set up by me as a test site to try out "SeeClickFix" (several years ago).
This is the first hit I have had on it - I had almost fgorgotten it was set up).
Perhaps you (we) need to get Auburn Council to support (advertise and monitor) a site like this as another mechanism for community input.
They would already have ways to communicate with them.
Hope this helps.

Yes all the help we can get is needed, there is already a community campaign in place but I am open to new ideas, any chance of meeting to discuss the issues.
