Road Rage, 11:00pm: Cabbie sped around me into opposing lane without warning. The intersection is an "S" intersection, so particularly dangerous. It happened too fast for me to get his plate or picture. Caught up with cabbie and attempted to involve police. Cabbie resorted to driving on the sidewalk to avoid me (I was blocking his path).

Cabbies need to follow the rules of the road and understand that the above actions are dangerous.
