Once again little short black woman in the middle of the road no teeth spitting on cars if you don’t give money and when you try to pull away from her she starts screaming and yelling and cursing I asked the police department if they were cameras and that intersection they didn’t know I think the mayor should go and sit in a folding chair and that street corner and watch what really happens in the cityOne day one of these homeless pan handler’s are going to be struck by a car and the person who does it it’s going to end up in jail even though the city has been warned multiple times to do something about the problem drivers beware
