Pothole on the crosswalk at the intersection of B and West 4th street. This was repaired about 3 years ago but keeps sinking in further and further. A large woman of especially unique physical dimension got her wheel chair stuck in this thing about a week ago and it took a Herculean effort to assist her carriage out of the hole. Traffic was held up for quite some time.
