01/23/2013 The same is true for the left-turn lane from northbound route 1 onto northbound 452. The left-turn arrow hardly lasts long enough to allow for one car to turn. Don’t the Troopers at the nearby PA State Police barracks notice things like this? Or have they given up on dealing with PennDOT? I guess the state will have to pay some traffic consultant $100k to figure this out.
