Troy DPW does a terrible job paving or repairing a utility dig! They all sink and they never return to refill them! That's the main reason the roads are so bad in this city!! Maybe they should send crews out to refill them. I guess none of the DPW bosses notice this!! I really like the sunken manhole covers and sewer covers! Check out the sunken digs on Burdett and Tibbits ave!! Hang on!!!!

That is the real problem. They don't come back to refill the sunken holes. I experienced this first hand at my home. utility digs in the road, filled once and left for over a year. Major traffic made the pavement sink about 2 -3 inches in the hole. Then, every big truck that went by and hit the holes... literally shook my house! My dishes would clank in my cabinets. I'm serious! They finally came out and refilled the holes but it took a lot of complaining on my part to get them to do it.

This pothole has been there over a year. Any attempt to fix it has not!!!!

Troy DPW is Union and too busy paving there own "Road to Retirement" to bother doing a good job. Thats why all our public service systems suffer. Those Potholes are Union Built with your Taxes.

Huge Pot Hole on left lane going into the City of Troy off of Route 7. Cars are swerving into the right lane to avoid pot hole, why can’t this be fixed?
