Nations are nothing but lines on a map, and the flag is naught but cloth. The city is far too burdened focusing it's resources on dogs pooping on peoples' lawns to replace the flag.

Who was this reported to at City Hall. As I recall the last time a flag issue was reported through this website the issue was fixed that very day.
