The GNHWPCA had a major project involving the removal of a concrete cover, which was failing, over a sludge holding tank. On Monday March 18, 2013 the project was started. The tank was pumped down while the cover was removed. Odor control for the sludge holding tank was reduced during the removal of the cover. The new cover was installed on Friday March 22, 2013. Final sealing of the new cover was completed on Thursday March 29, 2013.

Yes, I wanted to report the dates of the project which affected odor control in the area. Sorry for my inexperience, I thought I was supposed to do that.

This still is open. Somedays nothing, somedays a lot. Gross.

I smell it at least half of the time that I drive south on Woodward from the highway.

This odor is also on Concord, Alden, Eden area. Dead animals in sewer traps??
