Your imput is greatly appreciated but for your information the house at 35 frank st has been involved in recent incidents of shootings. I have no intention on getting shot at and I rather have my tax dollars do the work for me.
My neighbor Mrs. Rodriguez also agrees with me.

Does anything ever change in New Haven? (Ospite)
According to the State of Connecticut ( NNH-CV10-6012996-S THE BANK OF NEW YORK v. CHAPPELL, RICKY ET AL), 35 Frank St. is in foreclosure.
Expect the condition of the property to get much worse, when the bank takes over. Worst case scenario is that Janet Dawson buys it, then your neighborhood will be totally ruined. My condolences. Good luck.
