This issue still remains unchanged and seemingly unimportant to law enforcement who continually also travel this side street of hell. People still remain jam pack parked on both sides of the road, cars exceed a safe speed traveling up and down this street. I literally hold my breath every time I have to turn down this street and pray that if a car does turn down the street in the other direction they have enough respect to try and tuck themselves somewhere so I can safely get by or vice versa. Drivers beware.... The younger generation do not believe in respect or courteous behavior when it comes to this action. They typically are going too fast and apparently need to get to their destination sooner than you! Please someone look into this issue!
