The contractors working on 310 appear to be violating city ordinances and neighbor’s property rights. They’ve torn down the fences on adjoining property. They’ve been dumping debris on neighboring lots. Their demolition has struck a neighboring house.

The addition is built within a few feet of the property line and the total square footage of the structures on the property with the addition is more than the city ordinances appear to allow for the size of the lot.
