Ever since the Nor'Easter of March 2018, the stoplights and crosswalk lights have been off - extremely long waits all around (as a pedestrian who crosses here, I see it mostly from that perspective). They used to be predictable, but no more. It might be intentional, it might be coincidental, but someone should look into this. If they are going to make a permanent change, the community should be informed.
