If the blue flashing light at the intersection of Orange and Trumbull Streets was supposed to be flashing to signify a parking ban—it was not. If it was not supposed to be flashing, yhen I do not understand your system. It flashed all the other storms—why not this one?

Yes, that is the light I am referring to. It is not flashing tonight, nor was it flashing last night or the night before. Maybe the bulb is burnt out.
Oddly, tonight is the only night we received a robo-call from the City of New Haven regarding the parking ban until 8 a.m. tomorrow morning. No lights, no calls—what's going on?
